  • Once you decide to lease our suite, the following is needed:

    • At least 2 months’ rent (first and last)
    • Basic necessities for your business – towels, tools, etc.
    • Budget to decorate your suite – allowed to paint, hang pictures,
    • etc. (Suite must be put back in good condition once the lease
    • expires) or deposit is forfeited.

    • Provide your own liability insurance
    • Business License
