Once you decide to lease our suite, the following is needed:
- At least 2 months rent (first and last)
- Basic necessities for your business – towels, tools, etc.
- Budget to decorate your suite – allowed to paint, hang pictures, etc. (Suite must be put back in good conditions once lease expires) or deposit is forfeited.
